The home page is pretty similar to other social bookmarking sites in the web with the most popular stories in the front page. At the time of writing the home page is dominated with technology and blogging related posts so its safe to say the most frequent users are bloggers and web site owners. I couldn’t find a place to specify what category interest me the most so I don’t think the content of the home page changes according to the user. But the categories are clearly visible and the navigation is easy so the user experience doesn’t suffer. One change I think that can improve the user experience is moving the top blogs today widget so its just after the Adsense block. This way a user who visits the site once a day can easily find out the top posts of the day.Well if you want to be really picky you can question the placement of the Adsense block since a leader board block can perform better than a side bar block.

Blogsvine have plenty of facilities available for bloggers as well. Signing up for the service is pretty straight forward and they even have a Wordpress plug in so that you can add a vote me button in your blog posts. And submitting your blog post or any post for that matter is pretty easy. All you have to do is add a Bookmarklet to your book marks and your ready to submit your posts. Next time you come across a interesting post all you have to is press the book mark and the post submission form is opened up for you.I found it a very easy and an efficient way to submit a post.
